2025 FALL FOOTBALL REGISTRATION FEES

Registration for new players is $400 per player. This fee includes insurance coverage (league mandated), uniform (2 tops, 1 bottom, & a compression shirt), 8 game referee fees, and facility costs. 

A new player is a player that did not participate in the 2025 Chicago Hellcats Spring season. 

Registration for returning players is $350 per player. This fee includes insurance coverage (league mandated), uniform (2 tops, 1 bottom, & a compression shirt), 8 game referee fees, and facility costs. 

A returning player is a player that participated in the 2025 Chicago Hellcats Spring season.

Chicago Hellcats Youth Athletics does not provide football equipment. It is the responsibility of the parent to retain equipment for their player. The program will have equipment available on a first come first serve basis for a discounted rate for players that are PAID IN FULL!

2025 FALL CHEER REGISTRATION FEES

Registration for new cheerleaders is $250 per cheerleader. This fee includes insurance coverage (league mandated), uniform (shell, skirt, underneath shirt, warmup suite), and a bow. 

A new cheerleader is a cheerleader that did not participate in the 2025 Chicago Hellcats Spring season. 

Registration for returning cheerleaders is $200 per cheerleader. This fee includes insurance coverage (league mandated), uniform (shell, skirt, underneath shirt, warmup suite), and a bow. 

A returning cheerleader is a cheerleader that participated in the 2025 Chicago Hellcats Spring season. 

Football & Cheer Registration Info: Payment plans are available for those that need additional assistance. The available payment plan options will show up on the payment page. There is a minimum of ½ of the registration fee required to complete the registration for ALL payment plan options. Registration MUST be completed by July 25, 2025 to qualify for a payment plan option. 

Fundraisers:

Fundraisers will be at the discretion of the staff of your prospective level. Fundraisers are not available for registration payments. ALL fundraisers are to be approved by the administration team before the start date.   

Refunds:

Chicago Hellcats Youth Athletics does not provide refunds of any registration payments. If you have additional questions about registration fees or payments, please speak with a member of the administration team BEFORE registering. 

Play Time:

Chicago Hellcats Youth Athletics does not guarantee that play time will be granted to players. Teaching techniques, coaching players to their abilities, and mentoring players to be the best young man or woman is one of the most important aspects of the Chicago Hellcats organization. If your player is in need of additional training development, the head coach will have a meeting with the parent.
